Quarter Elk Bundle

Our Quarter Elk package contains 43 pounds of meat. This will ship in 1, 18″ box. Please call 1-888-788-7441 or email info@elkusa.com with any questions about the bundle. The package will include:

1 lb Whole Tenderloin
2 lbs. Bone-In Ribeye Steaks (2-3 ribs)	8 lbs.  Round Roast
1 lbs. New York Steaks	6 lbs. Chuck Roast and/or Steaks
2 lbs. Top Sirloin Steaks	1 lbs. Flat Iron Steak, Brisket, or Flank
3 lbs. Medallions	5 lbs. Stew Meat
7 lbs. Bulk Ground	7 lbs. 3/1 Patties

  Items may be substituted based stock levels, in that case the the value of the bundle and the overall quantities of steak/roast/burger will be maintained.

Half Elk Bundle

Our Half Elk package contains 86 pounds of meat. This will ship in 2, 18″ boxes. The package will include:

2 lbs. Whole Tenderloin
3 lbs. Bone-In Ribeye Steaks (2-3 ribs)	16 lbs.  Round Roasts
3 lbs. New York Steaks	13 lbs. Chuck Roast and/or Steaks
3 lbs. Top Sirloin Steaks	2 lbs. Flat Iron Steak, Brisket, or Flank
6 lbs. Medallions	10 lbs. Stew Meat
14 lbs. Bulk Ground	14 lbs. 3/1 Patties

Whole Elk Bundle

Our Whole Elk package contains 172 pounds of meat. This will ship in 2, 18" and 2, 14" boxes. The package will include:

6 lbs. Bone-In Ribeye Steaks (2-3 ribs)	32 lbs. Bottom Round
6 lbs. New York Steaks	26 lbs. Chuck Roast and/or Steaks
