Elk French Rack

Similar to standing rib roast (bone-in). Also known as the export rib rack or elk prime rib. 3 to 7 lb. each. Order by the pound.

Elk New York Strip

Elk New York Strip (aka KC Strip or Strip Steak). New York's are both tender and lean. Approximately 1” thick. 6 to 8 oz cuts. 1 steak per package. Order by the pound. Explore our high-quality elk steak products.

Elk Whole Tenderloin, Young

Whole tenderloin, the most tender cut of the animal. Filet mignon steaks are cut from the tenderloin. These are from younger animals and range from .5 to 1 lbs. each. Order by the pound.

One Fifth Elk Bundle

Our One Fifth Elk package contains 34 pounds of meat. This will ship in 1, 14″ box. Please call 1-888-788-7441 or email info@elkusa.com with any questions about the bundle. The package will include:
