Keitha Kye I received my order and unfortunately did not trust the temperature in the box to try it. It had been in the high 90s and all except one bag of ice had melted. I called Customer Service and they refunded my purchase. I will be replacing my order when the weather is much cooler around the Holidays as I’m very excited to try this product. Customer Service was very polite.

Fred Hekking I think the over charge for additional ice pack was ridiculous. The packs were still cold when received but the product was thawed.
The extra pack did nothing for keeping the product safely frozen.
