ElkUSA.com will exchange or provide a refund for defective products.
The return of food products is more complicated than non-perishable projects. Please contact us before attempting to return frozen products.
- Non-frozen, non-perishable products can be returned to ElkUSA.com via US postal service or ground UPS. The cost of, and the risk of the return shall be borne by the returning customer. Products returned shall receive full credit for the products and the original shipping costs, so long as the product is returned in similar condition as to when shipped.
- Frozen products can be returned if authorized by ElkUSA. Frozen products should only be return via UPS. ElkUSA.com will not be responsible for returned frozen product if return shipping had not been authorized. If a product return is authorized, and instructions are followed, ElkUSA.com will accept the return of a wholesome product. The cost of, and the risk of the return shall be borne by the returning customer. Products returned shall receive full credit for the products and the original shipping costs, so long as the product is returned in similar condition as to when shipped.
- If a Frozen product arrives damaged or above 40 degrees F a refund may be issued. Please contact us with details of the issue.
