Matthew So i had issues wuth my first shipment, when i received it the internal temp was 54⁰ and blood everywhere so customer service replaced my order and even offered to refund. I really wanted to try this company since they have the cuts available that i wanted. Second shipment arrived and again blood everywhere and packages had holes in them but the internal temp was 38⁰ ish. Was able to vac seal and freeze. I would say to elkusa that offering ground service and packing with dry ice instead of freezer packs is the way to go. I have purchased from other companies that do this and have had deliveries take 4 days and no issue at all.
P.S. i cooked the tenderloin and the taste was great so for that ill give 3 stars!
