It was the best elk steak I've ever had. There's been other companies that I have ordered from in the past and none of them came as close to quality and customer service as ElkUSA. My wife and I will be ordering the ribeye steaks again soon. I put two steaks on the pellet grill tonight and did a reverse sear and they came out perfectly medium rare. I did use a marinade that I also use for moose and caribou. My mouth is watering right now thinking about the steaks and I might pull two more out for tomorrow just because. Also, a shout-out to Shelly. She is super awesome in getting info back to the customer.

This was so good. Way better than any venison I’ve ever had. I think I should’ve bought more than I did Because it was starting to defrost by the time I got.
The ribs and steaks are super awesome.
