Elk Jalapeño Cheddar Summer Sausage with smoke flavor, beef added. It makes a great snack when combined with some cheese and crackers. Out summer sausages also provide an excellent building base for a meat and cheese tray. Combine it with our Bison Summer Sausage and locally sourced cheese, honey, and mustards for a charcuterie board with a twist.
