Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground elk meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 1 pkg. cooked elbow macaroni grated cheese
Instructions:
Brown ground elk meat with onion. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese melts.
