Description
Elk Summer Sausage with Cheese and Jalapeño has smoke flavoring with cheese and jalapeño. Beef has been added and these are made with nitrites. The jalapeño adds a spicy kick to our excellent standard summer sausage. The extra bite is balanced by the cheese, however. Just add crackers for a high protein snack.
Shelf stable product, these can be shipped ground.
