Description
Buffalo Summer Sausage with smoke flavor, beef added. It makes a great snack when combined with some cheese and crackers. Our summer sausages also provide an excellent building base for a meat and cheese tray. Combine it with our Elk Summer Sausage and locally sourced cheese, honey, and mustards for a charcuterie board with a twist.
Also available with Jalapeño and Cheddar added for extra kick.
This sausage contains nitrites, is shelf stable, and can be ground shipped.
